Discussion about Victoria House at 200 East 27th Street in Kips Bay
Hello, Any insights or inside information into this building? Units seem to be a little bigger than normal, and maintenance seems decent considering it's full service. The assessment seems nominal. Any residents care to comment?

Bump anyone? I'm very curious to know why certain units here seem to take a very long time to sell.

Hi, I'm a shareholder in the bldg also a broker. The great units here sell fast. Only 5 apartments (different sizes and prices) are currently on the market or less then 2% turnover. I'll be happy to respond to other questions you may have.
