Manhattan Homes Under $3 Million Never Harder to Buy (http://mobile.bloomberg.com/news/2013-08-07/manhattan-homes-under-3-million-never-harder-to-buy.html) What I found most surprising about this article on low inventory, which we've heard before, was that a median three-bedroom unit costs $2.63 million in Manhattan and that this is considered non-luxury. Wow. Would Classic Sixes be considered three bedrooms in this comparison? Are they talking about Classic Sevens?
