What percentage has your maintenance increased every year for the past five years? Has it been raised a higher percentage in recent years?

years 2010 2011 2012 were rough across the city due to city property tax hikes which were over 10% for many buildings either/or assessed value + rate. Property taxes are anywhere from 30-50% of expenses for most co-ops.
