It was bought one month ago for 1 million and now they are trying to sell it for 1.4. Today they started illegal demolition on the property. There are huge clouds of dust that is probably full of lead getting all over neighboring buildings. They have no work permit. I would be wary of buying this place. The owners are not making a good impression on the neighbors.
