Discussion about 308 East 79th Street #2DJ
This combination looks like it could generate value if done well. What would be the best way to maximize livability in this apartment? Three bedrooms on the north side of the apartment and a DR and LR on the south side? Two bedrooms on south side and one bedroom on north side adjacent to LR and DR? Are there other better configurations that would work?

It has been done in the building and it looks fabulous. But this apt is now in contract.
