Marble polishing/refinishing

So... about two years after refinishing the marble that is on the floors and walls of our second bathroom, it looks worn again. I guess the best way to describe it is that it always looks like it has soap suds on it. It's black marble tiles with white veins and looks pretty crummy in this condition. The guy who did the work is out of business so I guess I need to find another option. Two questions for the crowd - 1- anyone know anyone good to refinish this stuff? 2- is there any way to avoid having to continually do this? Thanks folks.

I have a great guy that can help you, I am not sure what is going on with your marble but after he cleans and seals it you have to do that every 10-12 months or it will stain
