Anyone see this? Seems to be cheap for the area. Any ideas why?

The apt on 11th has been renovated and is on the 2nd floor compared to the 4th. That doesn't seem to justify over 200k.

It looks like a 4th Floor Walk-Up. The bedroom is not a real bedroom according to the floor plan (less than 8 feet).

3R sold for $527,000.00 in April 2013.

4F sold for $540,000.00 in December 2012
