Discussion about 85 East End Avenue in Yorkville

Anyone know about any of the problems in the building? I hear there are major management problems with Cooper Square strong-arming tenants. I would like to know more before actually renting this in this building.

This is the most recent and compelling review I have found on this building and the management company. A management company is everything in creating a peaceful, healthy lifestyle for you and your family. I wouldn't rent here if this is the case. There are other useful reviews on Yelp.com about FirstService Residential which was formerly Cooper Square Realty.
