Advice to anyone looking at 235 East 4th St...this building is owned by a horrible slumlord! The apartments look freshly painted but the plumbing and heat are in horrible shape & the hallways are filthy. Please google Vanderleigh Properties, Reaper Realty, Henry Moses and 235 East 4th St. as well as checking the bedbug report and save yourself the misery and headaches that renting from these horrible people will cause you! You will regret living here or doing business with these criminals.

I rented here as well and had a TERRIBLE experience. Henry Moses refused to provide heat on 15 degree days and when we complained he threatened to sue.
