Always a shame when I see ugly AC's shoved in all the windows. If they have the roof above them and the money, I don't see why they don't go the full monty for the additional $50K (+/-) and install central air.

It doesn't look like they did any renovation either based on the previous pictures. The kitchen looks identical. However, the maintenance is surprisingly low for a PH unit with those terraces.

At least they could have put in through-wall AC units instead of those window units.

"Fabulous-gourmet" kitchen with a 24" stove, hmmm.

I also wonder what the terraces look out onto. Notice all of the exterior pictures are aimed back at the building.

Also, no bathroom pictures. My guess is that the place easily needs $500k-$1MM worth of work to make it an ideal combination.
