Hi all, My wife and I (and our 10 month old) are looking at apartments for rent in either Park Slope or Prospect Heights. We're looking to rent for under $3K, with an eye to buy in about 3 years. We'd like a place with either laundry (in building; unit a huge plus), outdoor space, or elevator. One of the three would be enough. Any suggestions? I've seen like 6 places in the Slope; none have been ideal...
