Did you attach the wrong floor plan and pictures? This looks like a studio.

It looks like the bed is in the area between the WIC and the Kitchen. But you're right, it should be classified as a studio or a studio with home office(ish). It's not a one bedroom.

Let's see how long it takes for this Managing Director at Ellliman to correct this intentional mistake. This reminds me why I dislike most RE agents. What a sleazy sales tactic that no buyer will fall for.

I agree with you, but apparently one did. it's not badly priced and is in contract.
