Discussion about
Weird to think about FH and gentrification I know. We lived in FH about 3 years ago and considering moving back for more space and own washer dryer. Have heard quite a few new stores coming to FH but has that changed the neighbordhood at all or more of the same? One indicator would be increased presence of Manahattan/Bk transplants. Any of you out there and how has it been for you? You stay'in?

Lived in Queens , visited but never resided in Forest Hills. Queens Blvd always felt like a death trap and the parking was always terrible. That said, parts of Forest Hills do have charm and I understand current prices make it an attractive alternative to Brooklyn.
