Broker-babble at it's best. It hardly seems 'loft like' to me. More like a one bedroom with a hallway you could use as a bowling alley. Hate the step up to the kitchen (and probably one to the bath as well). Hate the small bedroom. Probably a walk-up.
"Enjoy the best of SoHo where fashion, art and boutique shopping are the rage." You're actually living above a bar, which eventually will put you in a rage, if not directly to a straitjacket.
Ghastly.
