Discussion about
We're looking at all of the above buildings and trying to get a sense of pros/cons of each of them. Grand Beekman appears to have best value but not sure if I'm missing something there. Also, there appears to be a good deal of new dev happening in the surrounding areas. Do folks have a perspective on the area and these buildings?

Unless you have some issues with clearing a board process, I can't imagine why you wouldn't be looking at co-ops in that area instead of those condos. The valuation difference (co-op/condo) is absolutely staggering, and frankly I think many of the co-ops offer better layouts and properly proportioned living/dining areas.

Just my perspective.

Thanks for feedback. We like the ability to rent and many of the condos are move in ready.

Can you clarify whether you are a prospective buyer or a renter?

Veneto is another one but I prefer GB, Milan and 310. 1st ave is quieter and feels residential. Area is developing. Lots of new condos under construction. Others may have more info on bldgs.

What kind of a budget are you working with?
