Discussion about 392 Central Park West #1M
Seriously? an 18% price increase? On a small one bedroom on the first floor? The photos and floor are not even correct. I live in the building and I do not understand how these prices keep jumping up when this is NOT a luxury building and now with the Columbus Square buildings on the end of the complex, we have people looking directly into our windows.

Isn't 1M a studio without a terrace? It certainly doesn't have the views shown since it is on the Columbua Ave. end of the complex.
It is odd that the property didn't sell after over 100 days, so they raised the price 170K.

15M has the same photos and same brokers, so a mixup. I don't get how they could've let it go on so long. Not as if they have a lot of listings to monitor.

All these one bedrooms over 1 million are sponsor apartments. I guess he put top quality renovations into them.
