Hi. Curious to know if anyone has any information on co-op buildings near Van Cortlandt Park? I am looking to buy a 1 bedroom co-op west of Broadway, east of HHP, for under $250k that is walking distance to Van Cortlandt Park and the 1 train, and am looking for anyone who might know about buildings with strong financials, solid construction, and few problems. Thanks.
