Unbelievable! My buyer pulled out from buying into this building a few months ago given the plethora of issues and suffering that the current owners are going through due to the very poor quality construction and water leaks to a point where they are about to sue the sponsor. Another by Karl Fischer, the architect skeevy developers love. He can can crank them out quickly and cheaply, yet tart them up with those leak-prone details this kind of buyer likes.

This one sold for $825K in 2010.

Well, 3 years in and out might tell you something...
Buyer probably had one of those brokers telling them: "oh, these inspectors always nit-pick and find SOMETHING. It's their job after all! They have to put everything in there. Trust me, no building is perfect. They all have something. Trust me, this is minor. I've seen much worse. You'll probably never even notice anything."

As NWT alluded, skeevy follows skeevy.
