I went to see the same apartment and thought it perfectly fine, if a bit small on the living room size as you said. The wood details on the ceiling and the lobby were tasteful. Much higher standard than the recent condo conversions in Dumbo/Vinegar Hill.

What condo 1 bedroom do you know that has side windows? That's for pre war apartments only and even then, pretty rare.
The balcony is tiny but the view was great, south and west facing, light is fantastic. My buyer was not interested but otherwise thought it quite fine.

The apartment is perfectly fine - the issue I had was with the pictures on both Cororan's and Street Easy's websites are of a different apartment. If you look at the third and fourth image, both have side frosted windows and it's also very clear that the patio and view are completely different. I went there expecting one thing and ended up seeing something quite different, something that I wouldn't have made the trip to see.

I saw this one, too. The side windows that bob2 is talking about is are the ones on the office and the bedroom. They were not there in the apartment. I assume this was a higher floor unit that didn't have an apartment to the side.
