Have Chubb currently and for my 1800 sq foot apt, they are charging a little over $3600 annually. They listed my additions and alterations coverage of $788K with a 1M liability coverage. What is the avg cost of this type of insurance?

State Farm is cheaper but some people say they try to get out of paying claims
