The landlord of this building is not trustworthy whatsoever. He might seem nice when you first move into the apartment and when you see him in person. But he's a TERRIBLE landlord. He never answers his phone or replies to your messages. When things are broken, it takes him months to fix and often not fixed properly. The name and address listed on the lease is who you can list as a party in your Small Claims Court suit if you don't get your deposit back satisfactorily.
You can also search ACRIS for the named owner.

It's taxed as a 3-family (Class 1) but is actually 4-family (Class 2).

Isri Singh was the former owner. He sold it to North Oxford Corp. in April 2011, then died in October 2012.

There's no mortgage, and signature on deed is indecipherable, so can't tell who North Oxford Corp. is.
