painting the walls

hi, If I hire 1 person to paint the walls - do I need to through any sort of condo board approval, or I can have this person come in as a "guest" daily for the duration of the project (assume less than a week)

Condo will probably require the person to have liability and workman's compensation insurance. As matsonjones stated, ask your building manager/condo board.
