110 Rivington Street: dirty and poor maintenance

I have never seen anyone clean the stairwell, which is frequently littered with restaurant menus and dust. I kept track of how many days passed before someone cleaned a giant, dead moth in the stairway. Over a month passed before I cleaned it myself. When we had problems with heat or water, the super and landlord have responded in a WEEK (literally 7 days), despite multiple complaints. The neighbors are courteous, but the building is overpriced for the loud location and lack of responsiveness from the owner.
