How much more expensive is the same apt on a higher floor? Is 2% per floor a good rule of thumb?

According to this, it is 1%. It's more like .01% in my building with comparable renovations. A river view is a little more. Maybe it's because the building is over 30 stories.

Depends. If its a walk up, lower is better.
