building at 1655 Flatbush Avenue

The above comment is totally untrue. This area is all families and hard working people, I feel very safe here. What building with a garage doesn't have a waiting list? The pool has been full and open every summer for the past three years since the totally renovated it. It's busy every nice day of the summer. Anyone who wants can see for themselves exactly how long it takes to sell a property in this building. Kasmir does not live here and is speculating.

Really RESIDENT ?? That's why residents have been leaving in drones because of all the RIFRAF moving in. This building is a joke !

I think the prices and the length of time on the market tells the story for this building. If the building and location was that great there wouldn't be so many available.

I will admit the building is not perfect, but no place is. My family feels very safe and secure in this building. We have been here for over ten years with minor issues. The security/doormen are professional and courteous. Any problems employees are dealt with immediately. The pool area is wonderful and all my visitors love coming here to swim. As for the person who made comment about the amount of units available for sale; keep in mind that this building has over 600 apartments, with less than 20 units available for sale, that is less than 5% of the apartments. If a unit is not selling, it most likely has to do with the condition of the unit, NOT the building as a whole.
