Buyer and renter beware! -- This building has major construction flaws in the units and major problems in the courtyard and roof. There is a involved 15 Million Dollar lawsuit that the building is involved with. The courtyard has been unusable for over a year and over the next year the courtyard and roof will undergo major construction where they will rip all the flooring and walls out. It will be very inconvenient and noisy. -- Do not buy or rent here!

Do you know if the work on the roof has been completed? If not, do you know when they are going to start repairs? Thanks!
