Kitchen, Bath, and Hardwood Floor

Hi, I'm thinking about redo my kitchen, bath, and floor in the living/sleeping area. The studio is about 460sf studio in Manhattan. The kitchen is 7'6"x5'5", the bath is 5'x7', and the living/sleeping is under 400 sf. Everything is direct replacement, no layout/plan change, and just medium range finishing. How much should i expect? Any advise will be highly appreciated.

Totally depends on your fixture choices. Butcher block countertops or stone? Custom cabinets or ikea? Subway tile bath or Waterworks?. You could do it for as low as $30k depending on your choices. And whether you need new appliances.
