Nothing ever gets fixed. It gets patched which causes constant leaks.
A Manager who the characterizes ogre landlord, who would rather see you die then fix anything.
Heat goes out for several days every winter. Too many people on 1 boiler causes there to be no hot water in the morning.
I caution anyone looking to rent in these buildings to beware.
I wish I could give you my personal phone number without repercussions. I have been here 2 years and cannot wait to leave.

For the love of god, research your rights as a NYC tenant. The housing laws here are very favorable towards tenants. Heat & hot water complaints are taken very seriously. A lot of people don't realize that there are free city resources available to help them with douchey slumlords, of which there are MANY in this city.
