I am thinking about buying in the building - does anyone love here or know anything about the building that isn't on street easy?

I am also curious on the above. Additionally, I was told Andres Escobar was coming in to redesign the common spaces. Does anyone have any further information on this and if it's infact true?

I rented there for a year and loved it. Each unit has a unique layout - so it might not be for everyone - but I liked that.

The doormen and maintenance staff were excellent. No problem with any of the neighbors. To me it's also a great building if you have a dog. It wouldn't be a good building for someone with a fear of dogs.

The area of the neighborhood might be quiet for some - but there's still a lot within walking distance - and the bonus of having the two parks close by offset that for me. It might be loud to some - but I really didn't notice the street noise all that much (I was on the 4th floor).

The only negative I had living there was that the ownership was late to let us know that they weren't going to renew our lease after we had asked several times. That would make me wary as a renter - but might actually be a plus to a prospective buyer (they're getting serious about selling).
