This building seems to always have quite a few vacancies. Does anyone have personal experience living here? I'd be curious to know what the pros and cons are here.

Yes, I noticed that too. Maybe a broker could shed more light on this? Layout is probably a bit cookie cutter, and I assume the maintenance is high....
