Window Guard installation - any specialists?

I need to install window guards in a rental property as tenants with children below 10 are moving in. My general contractor has offered to do it. Given the legal requirement of window guards I would like to get it right. I have windows that hinge at the bottom and others that hinge at the sides. Are there any specialist companies who install these you can recommend? Many thanks

Do you own the entire building? Or just a unit in the building?

If you don't own the entire building, then the managing agent/building is responsible and must pay the cost of the window guards.

DO you need to install window guards for a 1 or 2 family house that is being rented out and there are children there?

I just realised I put this in "Sales" section. Apologies, meant to put in renovations.

I own a 3 bed condo. The managing agent says it is my responsibility.
