Brokers fees over 15 percent

Has anyone paid more than 15 percent in broker's fees? I'm wondering if it's normal to pay 15 percent to a listing agent plus the 7.5 percent to your own broker? Some shady people refuse to cobroke out there...

They can't refuse to co-broke.
