DOB filing

Discussion about
we are filing with the DOB for Type II job soon. using an expediter /architect. how soon can the filing be tracked? is there proof of filing the day it is submitted and how long until it will be accepted? would like to track for contractor selection.

Just went through this. It can be tracked nearly instantly, I'd say within a day from submission. In our scenario we had no dob objections, and we received our approval in 3 weeks!! Good luck
