Window guard installation - any specialists?

I need to install window guards in a 3 bed rental property as tenants with children below 10 are moving in. The managing agent tells me it is my responsibility. My general contractor has offered to do it. Given the legal requirement of window guards I would like to get it right. I have windows that hinge at the bottom and others that hinge at the sides. Are there any specialist companies who install these you can recommend? Many thanks

I take it no one knows any specialists? Maybe it is just contractors that do them?
