Does it look like they're using doll furniture in this 3D rendering? Or is it just me? The renderings are incredibly deceptive, but anyone with even a mild inquiry can go and reference the previous listing with the actual measurements per room. What's the point? I expected that this was a FSBO situation where they were trying to flip, but it looks like a legitimate RE broker is representing this seller.

That's pretty funny. I like where each of the french doors to the DR is about six feet wide.

The broker found some free drawing software somewhere, doesn't know how to use it, and puts ® marks and warnings everywhere, as if anybody'd want to steal his not-to-scale masterpiece.
