There are some challenges in that plan, and expense for the reno, but I'd guess it goes for close to ask, maybe $725-750k, because (to my taste at least), there are a number of desirable things. Anybody know anything about the building?

Why are listings so cheap?

Maintenance doesn't do it any favors. Feels like $250k to bring it back to life.

There's gotta be another catch. It's a legit 1300sf. Thats maint under $2psf. Not that unusual. Even RAW space should be waaaay more than $600psf I would think. Building issues?

Actually, it looks like a fabulous deal. The layout is flexible and seems large for its size. And, I think the maintenance seems kind of low...considering.
