Floors: Refinish: $3/sq-ft; New hardwood: $20/sq-ft Bathrooms: $20k keeping same footprint $25-30k if expanding Radiator covers w/storage: $500-$700/linear sq-ft. Built ins (media center,wardrobes,etc): $1,000/linear sq-ft Input appreciated: Painting/crown mouldings/wall panels: ??? Soffits (living room, bedroom): ???

Painting is typically about 500 - 700 per day
Your radiator cover with storage, if millwork/custom is low
Where are your disconnects/carting/building charges?

Might be important to carry a general patching allowance pre-painting
