Need Floating Shelves Built and Installed

Hi all, I’m looking to have some floating shelves built and installed, but I’m having some trouble locating someone to do the work. I’ve already been in touch with Transcend Construction, but they’re not able to help. have you looked at Ikea's offerings? i had a floating shelf and it did not weigh anything and the metal construction created for support was strong. i would even use that as a base and put whatever material you want over, incase you don't like any options they offer.

much cheaper than reinventing the wheel.

@ab_11218 Thanks for the response. I did look at Ikea's stuff. Unfortunately the sizing wouldn't quite work for what I'm looking to do.

Most of their work is for architects. I have floating shelves and cabinets hung on my living room wall. I copied a design from the website houzz.com.

call them - you wont be disappointed.

if the Ikea shelves are slightly smaller, you can have someone wrap them with the material you want and enlarge them. you may even be able to take 2 of the shelves and wrap them to look as one.
