Discussion about
I need referrals for good general contractors who have experience in dealing with NYC coops and don't overcharge. I know sounds like a dream but recommendations would be great. Also does anyone have a recommendation for a website that can provide estimates on a renovation project? My project is not major but the quote I got from one contractor seemed outrageous

Not sure if you are still looking. I just posted the name of my GC on another thread. He not only gave me a very competitive bid but was able to do a lo of finnicky custom stuff and deal with minutiae. http://rgad.com/kenweir.com/
