Discussion about
This is a rip-off website. They will often send you the incorrect items and delay or refuse a refund with a 20% restocking fee. Just check out all the negative reviews online.

I wish I had seen this posting before I had a horrible experience with efaucets.com. I purchased some trims from them that my contractor was unable to use. I returned the trims (following all of the company's procedures) on February 26th. And I received an email TODAY (April 7th) that said my refund had been processed (I'll be checking my Amex account to see when it actually hits!). Amazing how the words, "my attorney will contact you if the refund isn't processed by the end of business today" can streamline a process.

Throughout my renovations, I used Amazon Prime and didn't have a single problem (and the one return I had to make was processed within a day). I'll never stray from Amazon Prime again.

Do yourself a favor and avoid eFaucets.com at all costs.

I used faucetdepot and faucetdirect a few times and had no problem. I saw something on efaucets for a new kitchen that wasn't on the other sites. I'm glad I saw your post.

Amazon Prime is good also.

Really, you think they were scared of your attorney who handles faucet refund cases for a living? Oh no, a lawyer will call!

I used a competitor site - faucetDirect.com / lightingDirect.com / build.com [all three are the same company]. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I've used LampsPlus for lighting for years. I ordered a floor lamp from them with 3 glass shades and one shade arrived broken. It was so well packed, so it had to be broken before being shipped. They picked up and replaced the lamp in a flash. I just replaced 5 ceiling fixtures in my apartment through them. Their prices are competitive and everything arrived quickly, although they're based in San Francisco.

I second faucetdirect / build.com - huge selection and great experience. I got my lighting from lumens.com and also liked them a lot

Have recently ordered various plumbing and lighting fixtures from both build.com and amazon and have no complaints with either.

I used efaucets.com and the item I bought was cheaper than anywhere else and came very quickly. I would absolutely use them again.
