The apartment is a true 1-bedroom, super quiet, has a working brick fireplace, 12' ceilings, floor to ceiling windows which overlook a garden, custom closets in the bedroom plus 3 additional closets in the apt., excellent water pressure in the shower, heat you can control, a full size kitchen, nice neighbors and many other great features. I've loved living here and I hope someone snaps this apartment up, it's a real gem.
