Hello, Question- how long does it take to get DOB permits once renovation/construction plans are approved by the DOB and who is responsible for pulling the permits? Thanks!

You need what is called an expeditor to run the process for you

Thanks- we have an expeditor- does he pull the permits or does the contractor? Also how long does it take to get the permits to pull once the plans are all approved by the DOB?
