After a referee is appointed, the Bank will submit an accounting of the amount that is due under the loan. The borrower has an opportunity to submit its own accounting or challenge the Banks accounting. The referee computes how much is actually due and submits a report to the judge. In most instances the judge will then sign off on the report which is known as confirmation. At that point the plaintiff can go for a final judgment, and upon final entry by the judge, plaintiff can move forward to a sale after applicable publication and notice. I recommend you get an attorney and the above is merely for informational purposes.
