Hello! Would people who live in the building comment on your experience? Did the developers use good materials/do a good job? Are there any issues? Are the windows soundproof? Plumbing good?

Does anyone know about the real status of the board lawsuit against the developer? Is it safe to buy in the building if they allege at a minimum of $10 million damages?
