Discussion about
Does anybody know approx how much it costs in terms of gas for heating and hot water in a standard 1 bedroom? (700 sf) $100 in winter and $50 in other months when heating is no longer on?

Just to let you know, and for other people's edification, the landlord/owner is required to provide a history of gas/heating charges for the unit covering the past 2 years to any prospective buyer/tenant upon request. This applies to an apartment in which the tenant pays their own heating (or cooling) bill.

jaesee: You already found the info you need to know.

People: no need to edify: The amount of time you spend in your apartment has nothing to do with the "history of gas/heating charges..."

You may live with another person (perhaps have a daytime work/school shift, while the other has a nighttime shift. Maybe you are away for weekends/holidays. One likes it hot/cool during the day, you like it cool/warm during the night.)
There was no polar vortex during "the past 2 years".
If you have baseboard heating, the best option is to have heating units in each room. (Those run on electricity).
"Cooling" can be accomplished by opening a window(s).
Air-conditioners run on electricity, not gas.

She's ti-cliting herself. "lol".
Has no idea how landlords' charge for "gas".
She doesn't know that, in a condo or co-op, the gas is included in the common charges/maint.

She doesn't know that fans and air-conditioners run on electricity -- not gas.

"She's ti-cliting herself"
No, you are, LOL.

"Has no idea how landlords' charge for "gas"."
Prove that I have no idea.

"She doesn't know that, in a condo or co-op, the gas is included in the common charges/maint."
Prove where I said this.

"She doesn't know that fans and air-conditioners run on electricity -- not gas."
Prove it.

OK, you have a lot of work to do -- now go!
[and dont forget to entertain, like you always do]

The schmuck had all the time and opportunity to "prove" in her first comment.
"jaesee" posted a comment, saying : "never mind found it" yet schmucky still needed to babble about whatever nonsense she was giving the people as "edification".

Yes! More play-by-play!
Where did I comment on the law? All I did was say it. (Actually, YOU were the one who commented on it. oops!!).

So, tell us, where did I comment on the law?
And -- still waiting for proof for prior statements such as "She doesn't know that fans and air-conditioners run on electricity -- not gas." Lots of work for you to do.

Go trollie go! [and don't forget more play-by-play of above posts].
