need a good rental broker in williamsburg

Can anyone recommend a broker/firm in williamsburg that is good to work with? There seem to be slim pickings on streeteasy, craigslst, nytimes, etc. If anyone knows of any good listing boards that would be great as well. Thanks!

APTSANDLOFTS.COM I worked with Dave Nilsen & Chris Cavorti. They set me up in a nice gut reno loft space and didn't bang me out with a huge broker fee. To top it off, they are really nice guys.
