Hello, I'm in the process of finalizing an offer on a single family home in Astoria and am looking to hire a real estate attorney. Can anyone suggest someone they had a good experience working with? I'm looking for someone who is thorough, spots red flags early on, returns calls and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Thanks!

I recently used Stacie Handwerker for a purchase of a Manhattan apartment. She was super responsive and very detail oriented. She is also reasonably priced (flat fee). Would highly recommend her. Her email is stacie@rrothlaw.com
