Bottom line--the building's new owner/mgmt sucks and anyone with a modicum of intelligence will stay away.

No, it's just a play on the lyrics of a very well-known song: "Go Away Little Girl".
No hot water in the morning. You have to run the water for at least 30 minutes for hot water to start. BEWARE! This is the "luxury" building experience.
