Was it edited by streeteasy? I think the site should check with its internal legal counsel before taking that kind of action in this context--the articles I'm citing are publicly-available news sources.

I promise you- Gateway (LeFrak) will do nothing. Nothing. Soon enough spring will be here. They're just riding it out.
