Don't waste your time calling these people directly - they won't call you back. I ended up renting directly for a year from another management company in Lenox Hill who called me back, and showed the apartment as advertised the same day.

And I was naive - the tip off should have been the number of days the apartments have been listed....

Currently owned by HUBB, the super/management is very responsive, the units are CLEAN, with higher end finishes, with competitive pricing. We enjoy the company, our view, and our super.
